💼 Who We’re Looking For:
Agents with 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience or a proven track record of at least 1 deal/month


Specialists in either off-plan or secondary market


Driven individuals who want to build their own personal brand, close high-value deals, and scale


Professionals committed to compliance, continuous learning, and growth



📚 Licensing & Professional Development:
We encourage all agents to obtain or renew their RERA card


Agents gain discounted access to accredited real estate training via our strategic vendor alliances — including Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute (IEREI)


Stay ahead with ongoing upskilling in sales, AI tools, digital marketing, and legal compliance



💰 Commission & Growth Structure:
50/50 split on company-generated leads (activated once you close 3 deals from your own network)


Scale up as you grow:


60/40, 70/30, up to 80/20 for high-performing individual agents


Up to 90/10 for agents who build and manage their own team


Revenue Share Model: Earn a percentage of the commissions from agents you refer or support, via our tiered system
