💼 Investor Relations & Capital Raising Partner (Remote)
Raise Capital for High-Growth Apps & Real Estate Projects
Remote • Performance-Based • Equity or Shareholding Opportunities
We’re seeking a results-driven Investor Relations Partner to join our fast-growing portfolio of ventures spanning real estate, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered digital products. This role is designed for individuals with strong investor networks or fundraising experience who can secure capital from VCs, angel investors, private equity, or institutional partners.
Your mission: Pitch our projects, manage investor relations, and help close funding rounds. You'll work alongside founders, legal teams, and financial strategists while being compensated on results and eligible for equity stakes or profit shares in select ventures.

🔍 Role Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with qualified investors, VCs, angel networks, and family offices


Pitch various Dubai-based and international real estate deals, as well as SaaS and app ventures under our portfolio


Manage the investor funnel — from lead generation to pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing


Prepare and present investment decks, financial forecasts, and opportunity summaries (support will be provided)


Handle investor due diligence requests, NDAs, and facilitate direct meetings with founders


Build and maintain relationships with strategic capital partners across global markets

💰 Compensation:
Commission-Based: Earn a percentage of raised capital


Equity Opportunity: Get shares or equity stakes in select projects based on capital raised or strategic value

Possess a strong network of investors, funds, or family offices

Thrive in high-performance, startup-style environments
