369 Capital Ventures is scaling fast — and we’re building a powerful network of local and international real estate agents to represent our Dubai off-plan projects and participate in cross-border referrals.
We're hiring ambitious recruiters or networkers to help us onboard qualified agents into our growing global ecosystem. You’ll earn performance-based payouts for every agent you successfully onboard into our Dubai brokerage or global referral program.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
Recruit licensed real estate agents based in Dubai to join our on-ground team


Onboard international real estate agents who want to:


Refer clients to our Dubai off-plan inventory


Add Dubai to their portfolio and close sales remotely


Promote our unique value propositions:


High commissions on Dubai off-plan deals


Revenue share opportunities


Global deal referrals and lead-sharing


Personal branding support and tech training (AI, CRM, automation)


Submit recruited agents to our onboarding team for verification and approval


Track and report recruitment activity through our CRM



💰 Compensation:
Paid per successfully recruited agent (approved and onboarded by our internal team)


Bonus tiers available for high-performing recruiters (5+ agents/month)


Opportunity to join our revenue share model if you’re active in real estate sales



✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong personal network in real estate, recruiting, or international business


Experience in sales, talent acquisition, or business development


Fluent in English (Arabic, French, Russian, or other languages a plus)


Self-motivated and able to work independently


Confident in explaining real estate opportunities, commissions, and onboarding steps



🌎 Who You’ll Be Recruiting:
1. Dubai-Based Agents
Minimum 2 years experience or at least 1 deal/month closed


Off-plan or secondary market specialists


Motivated to build a brand and grow income


Will receive 50/50 splits on company leads (after qualifying), up to 90/10 as they grow


Revenue share and global deal referrals included


2. International Agents
Licensed or active in real estate abroad


Want to expand their portfolio to Dubai’s booming market


Can refer clients or close remotely


Will earn referral commissions or co-agent splits on closed deals
