We are hiring a highly capable and connected Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to help us recruit C-level executives, directors, and strategic leadership roles across a portfolio of fast-scaling ventures in real estate, technology, finance, and lifestyle sectors.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, vetting, and securing high-performance leaders who can execute on vision, drive operational scale, and represent the company's values across diverse markets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Source, engage, and present qualified candidates for C-suite and senior leadership positions, including:
CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CTO, CPO
Managing Directors, Heads of Departments, and Regional Executives
Develop and manage executive recruitment funnels, outreach messaging, and candidate assessments
Collaborate with founders and decision-makers to align hires with strategic growth plans
Lead executive headhunting efforts through a mix of outbound search, referrals, and network-based recruiting
Maintain a confidential and professional candidate experience from first contact to final offer
Build a curated pipeline of executive talent across the MENA region, the U.S., Europe, and Asia
Track all outreach and metrics in a structured format to report progress monthly
💰 Compensation:
Performance-based monthly compensation aligned with achieving hiring targets
Bonus tiers for high-level placements or strategic hires made within tight deadlines
Long-term opportunity to evolve into Global Talent Director or Strategic Hiring Partner across multiple brands
✅ You’re Ideal for This Role If You:
Have 5–10 years of experience in executive search, headhunting, or high-level talent acquisition
Possess a proven network of executive and C-level professionals in tech, real estate, finance, and operations
Are results-oriented, deadline-driven, and can thrive in a founder-led, fast-paced environment
Have a deep understanding of organizational design and scaling leadership teams
Are a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and can handle sensitive or confidential searches
Have global market knowledge and experience recruiting in regions such as the UAE, MENA, U.S., Europe, or Asia
