🎤 Event Manager – Global Workshops, Seminars & Real Estate Roadshows

Remote with Travel • Project-Based • UAE & International Event Focus
We’re hiring a strategic and execution-driven Event Manager to take the lead on organizing in-person workshops, international real estate roadshows, investor meetups, and speaking engagements. This includes managing stage appearances for Baha Savage, producing TedX-style brand positioning events, and coordinating global activations for off-plan real estate launches from the UAE.
This is a project-based role with global exposure — ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, understands personal branding at scale, and has experience executing elevated events that build community, credibility, and deal flow.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage in-person workshops, masterclasses, investor dinners, and seminars across the UAE and international cities


Secure speaking engagements for Baha Savage at global business forums, universities, expos, and entrepreneurship stages (e.g. TedX-style events, summits, etc.)


Plan and execute real estate roadshows to promote UAE off-plan projects in target global markets (e.g. London, Paris, Lagos, New York, Riyadh)


Source venues, coordinate logistics, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage on-ground teams
Handle guest experience end-to-end — from curated guest lists to check-in, materials, and follow-ups


Collaborate with sales, branding, and media teams to integrate each event with marketing funnels and lead generation goals


Create a repeatable event playbook that can scale across regions and business verticals

High-level networking workshops (real estate, investing, relocation)


International off-plan real estate roadshows & investor tours


Brand activations & Baha Savage keynotes
Closed-room masterminds & deal-making dinners


Strategic collaborations with embassies, VCs, relocation firms, and developers



💰 Compensation:
Project-based payout per event with milestones tied to planning and execution


Bonuses for securing major speaking slots, high-ticket event attendees, or sponsorships


Long-term potential to grow into Global Events Director or Strategic Partnerships Lead



✅ You’re Right for This If You:
Have 4+ years in event management, brand activations, or international roadshows


Have experience working with thought leaders, speakers, or high-net-worth audiences


Are detail-oriented, confident negotiating contracts, and able to manage live teams on the ground


Have strong vendor and venue networks in UAE and major international cities


Bonus: Familiar with Dubai’s real estate market and investor landscape


Capable of connecting events with business results (leads, deals, exposure, growth)
