We’re looking for a dynamic, people-first HR & Culture Manager to help build the internal foundation of a fast-scaling, founder-led organization. This role is for someone who’s equally passionate about culture and compliance, people and performance, and can turn a company vision into daily operational excellence.
You’ll help create a work environment where every team member is aligned with their personal and financial goals, feels supported, and is empowered to grow.
🎯 Your Role Will Include:
Designing and implementing onboarding systems, SOPs, and internal HR workflows
Collaborating with executive leadership to develop the company culture playbook
Managing a team of recruiters and support staff, setting hiring goals and tracking performance
Ensuring new hires are aligned with both cultural values and performance expectations
Hosting internal check-ins and building tools to monitor morale, productivity, and engagement
Developing handbooks, organizational charts, and performance review frameworks
Helping each team member stay on track with their growth plan, upskilling, and financial goals
Representing the internal culture externally (especially on LinkedIn and public-facing content)
💰 Compensation:
Monthly pay tied to hitting defined HR and company culture KPIs
Bonuses for successfully hitting hiring, onboarding, and retention targets
Potential to grow into a Director of People, Head of Ops, or cross-company lead role
✅ You’re a Fit If You:
Have 4+ years experience in HR, people ops, or operations within fast-paced or startup environments
Are excellent at creating structure from scratch (SOPs, onboarding guides, hiring workflows)
Are naturally enthusiastic, people-driven, and system-oriented
Are confident working directly with founders and can balance vision with execution
Can collaborate across departments to ensure clarity, documentation, and consistency
Have a strong LinkedIn presence and are comfortable representing company values publicly
Are based in (or familiar with) UAE/MENA culture and/or international remote team dynamics
