We’re looking for a Revenue Share & Referral System Architect to design and implement a global, trackable agent referral and revenue share model that can be rolled out across multiple real estate, tech, and investment-based ventures.
This role is project-based but strategic β€” your work will shape how agents and partners across the world earn long-term income by growing our network, while also enabling full transparency, accountability, and automation at scale.

🎯 Key Objectives:
Develop a tiered revenue share structure for agents and partners globally


Build a referral hub where agents can:


Refer other agents


Track their network growth


View commissions earned from downline production


Create a back-end system or integrate a 3rd-party tool to track:


Agent-to-agent referrals


Closed deal commissions


Monthly or quarterly payouts


Align structure with:


Legal/regional requirements


Real estate industry norms


Long-term incentive models (equity, points, rankings)


Ensure the system is simple, transparent, scalable, and easy for agents to understand
