Remote β’ Project-Based Contract β’ Scalable Across Multiple Ventures
Weβre looking for a Revenue Share & Referral System Architect to design and implement a global, trackable agent referral and revenue share model that can be rolled out across multiple real estate, tech, and investment-based ventures.
This role is project-based but strategic β your work will shape how agents and partners across the world earn long-term income by growing our network, while also enabling full transparency, accountability, and automation at scale.
π― Key Objectives:
Develop a tiered revenue share structure for agents and partners globally
Build a referral hub where agents can:
Refer other agents
Track their network growth
View commissions earned from downline production
Create a back-end system or integrate a 3rd-party tool to track:
Agent-to-agent referrals
Closed deal commissions
Monthly or quarterly payouts
Align structure with:
Legal/regional requirements
Real estate industry norms
Long-term incentive models (equity, points, rankings)
Ensure the system is simple, transparent, scalable, and easy for agents to understand
π Deliverables:
Full Revenue Share Model & Tier Structure Document
Functional design of the Referral Hub, integrated with agent CRM or backend
SOPs for how agents enroll, refer, track, and withdraw commissions
Dashboard mockup or platform integration recommendations (e.g. Airtable, Notion, custom portal)
Bonus: Referral leaderboard, gamification, or affiliate-style features

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in rev share model creation, affiliate systems, or multi-tier agent programs
Familiar with real estate, SaaS, or network marketing compensation systems
Able to build or integrate trackable CRM tools, dashboards, or platforms
Skilled in building comp plan documents, SOPs, payout systems, and training materials
Strategic thinker who can balance incentive structure, legal safety, and user experience
