We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source the best talent globally — including software developers, marketers, operations professionals, and interns — for a portfolio of high-growth ventures spanning real estate, tech, SaaS, AI, and investment-focused platforms.
This is a project-based role, compensated per result. Your superpower? Knowing how to attract high-caliber talent and mobilize interns, student talent, and collaborators to join the mission — even without upfront pay.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
Source and deliver top-tier hires for roles across:
Software development (front-end, back-end, full-stack, AI)
Product, marketing, growth, and business ops
Strategic advisors, creatives, and fractional leadership
Recruit and onboard interns and volunteer collaborators for short-term projects, training-based roles, or learning-led contributions
Leverage your network, outreach strategy, and LinkedIn presence to attract mission-aligned individuals globally
Coordinate with hiring leads to define role needs and skill targets
Qualify and pre-screen candidates before submission
Set up internal pipelines, candidate trackers, and onboarding touchpoints
✅ You’re a Fit If You Have:
3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search
A proven track record of hiring top talent across tech and business functions
Experience sourcing and onboarding unpaid interns or contributors via universities, LinkedIn, or personal networks
An established LinkedIn presence with active engagement in recruiting or startup communities
The ability to create buy-in around vision, even when offers are non-monetary
A results-first mindset: no fluff, only execution
💰 Compensation:
Flat payout per successful hire (tiered by seniority)
Bonus opportunities for:
High-priority roles
Sourcing qualified interns or building out full intern programs
Recruiting skilled individuals who join voluntarily (unpaid trial, commission-based, or equity-aligned roles)
Long-term potential for a retainer-based or Head of Talent position if results are consistent
