369 Capital Ventures is building a globally trusted real estate ecosystem — and we’re seeking a relationship-driven professional to lead the expansion of our strategic vendor and partnership network across key verticals and international markets.
Your role is to identify, vet, and onboard best-in-class service providers that align with our high standards and support our agents, investors, and cross-border real estate operations.
🌍 Who You’ll Be Connecting With:
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing partnerships with key professionals and firms, including:
🏦 Investment Bankers, Wealth Advisors, and Private Equity Firms
🏠 Real Estate Developers, Agencies, and Mortgage Brokers
📄 Title Companies, Company Setup Consultants, and Compliance Experts
🧾 Lawyers (Real Estate, Trust, Tax), Accountants, Notaries, and 1031 Exchange Intermediaries
🏗️ Snaggers, Construction Companies, and Project Consultants
🛡️ Insurance Brokers, Offshore Banking Specialists, Asset Protection Advisors
🎥 Video Editors, Lead Generation Experts, Marketing Service Providers
🏢 Family Offices, VC Firms, Hedge Funds, and Global Real Estate Investment Networks
You’ll help establish regional and global vendor lists, ensuring our team and clients always have access to vetted, reliable, and strategic partners.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with high-quality service providers
Build region-by-region directories of approved vendors and maintain ongoing relationships
Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, and strategic partnership agreements
Collaborate with internal departments to align vendors with project, agent, or investor needs
Track vendor performance, feedback, and engagement
Lead vendor outreach campaigns and attend industry events (virtually or locally) when required
💰 Compensation:
Performance-based monthly pay, tied directly to hitting company-assigned targets and KPIs
Bonuses for closing institutional partnerships or expanding into new regions
Potential for equity participation or leadership roles in the partnerships division based on results and commitment

Have experience in vendor sourcing, business development, or partnerships management
Are well-connected across real estate, legal, finance, or professional services sectors
Excel at communication, relationship building, and strategic positioning
Understand the dynamics of cross-border business and global market expansion
Are self-motivated, KPI-driven, and comfortable working independently
Bonus: Multilingual and/or experienced in MENA, Asia, Europe, or North America markets
