Description

We are seeking a Technical Interview Coach with a strong full-stack software engineering background to support structured interview preparation for roles in the US, Canada, and EU markets. This role focuses strictly on interview preparation and coaching. You will conduct live mock interviews, simulate technical and behavioral rounds, review project explanations, and provide structured feedback to improve clarity, confidence, and answer quality. Candidates must have C1+ English fluency and be comfortable speaking on video calls.

Required knowledge includes frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Angular), backend (Node.js, Python, .NET, Java), databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), DevOps tools (Git, Docker, CI/CD), cloud basics (AWS), and system design fundamentals. Flexible availability is preferred, typically 2–4 hours per day depending on scheduling needs. Compensation ranges from $10–$20 USD per hour based on experience and reliability.
