🏢 About the Project

We are building Peplept Smart School ERP System, a web-based platform to manage school operations such as student data, attendance, fees, and communication.

This project will later expand into a mobile application and SaaS platform.

🎯 Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to develop and maintain our School Management System (ERP).

You will be responsible for building both frontend and backend systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and clean code.

This is a long-term remote opportunity with consistent work.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web application (Admin Dashboard)
Build REST APIs and backend services
Implement authentication (login, roles: admin/teacher/parent)
Design and manage database (students, teachers, attendance, fees)
Integrate third-party services (email, SMS, APIs)
Collaborate with UI/UX designer and team
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

💻 Tech Stack
Frontend: React.js / Vue.js
Backend: Node.js + Express (or Python)
Database: MongoDB / MySQL
Tools: GitHub, APIs, basic cloud knowledge
✅ Requirements
2+ years experience in full-stack development
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks
Experience building REST APIs
Familiarity with database design
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good English communication skills
Portfolio or GitHub projects required

Nice to Have
Experience with ERP, SaaS, or dashboard systems
Firebase / cloud deployment experience
Basic DevOps understanding
