We are a software company looking for an experienced software engineer to mentor our development team on a part-time, on-call basis. The mentor will attend meetings as needed, scheduled in advance when help is required.
This is a mentorship/advisory role only—no development work is required. The focus is on providing guidance, reviewing approaches, and helping our developers grow whenever we need support.

Requirements:
• Senior / Lead / Principal Software Engineer
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Comfortable mentoring via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar
• Able to explain concepts clearly and practically
• Fluent in English
• Available for on-demand calls when requested

Tech Stack:
• Open to any language, framework, or platform
• Focus is on engineering principles, architecture, problem-solving, and real-world development experience

Mentorship Topics:
• Code review and best practices
• System design and architecture
• Debugging and performance optimization
• Engineering decision-making
• Team guidance and career growth for developers

Engagement Type:
• Part-time, on-call mentorship / advisory
• Calls scheduled as needed
• Terms and compensation to be discussed after initial conversation
