​The "Arlo Vibe" Model:
​Project Phase: Work on premium US contracts. Pay: $1,200 - $2,500/mo.
​Retainer Phase: 3-Month Paid Holiday/Bench. Guaranteed 30,000 INR/mo.
​Cycle: 4 months of intensive project work followed by 3 months of focused R&D or rest.
​Technical Stack Required:
​Frontend: Next.js 14+, Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit.
​Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB (Aggregations expert).
​AI-First: Must be proficient in using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and LLM APIs to accelerate development.
​DevOps: Basic knowledge of Docker and AWS/Vercel deployment.
​Mandatory Requirements:
​Minimum 3+ years of professional experience.
​24/7 Power & High-Speed Internet backup (Inverter/Generator).
