You gift people with 3 weeks free qualified leads and get $60-$160 for every tester.

Our offer: 3 weeks of free lead generation, then $600/month if they want to continue.
We just ask if they could take on more clients - if yes we want to bring them qualified leads for free.
With this pitch we set 2 appointments in 25 minutes on average of calling.
Now we're scaling with a remote team.

YOUR JOB
Call our existing list of coaches, ask if they can handle more clients and book appointments in our calendar.
That's it. No selling, no contracts, no follow-ups. You get a tested script, daily contact lists, CRM access, and a phone number — everything except you and your voice.
THE PITCH (WE TEACH YOU)
Open with "Hi, this is Timo Berger calling — the name probably doesn't mean anything yet, right?"
Then build rapport, ask the key question: "Do you have capacity for new clients or are you fully booked?"
If fully booked → friendly hang-up (that's qualification).
If interested → briefly explain the 3-week free trial (client needs ~$299 for software & paid ads) we work 3 Weeks for free and just make money if they stay because of the results they get.
WHAT YOU DON'T DO
No selling, no hard sell, no contracts, no call center scripts, no marketing knowledge needed, no lead research — all contacts provided.

COMPENSATION
$60 per test-start (client starts & pays $99 software).
80% of appointments become test-starts — 10 appointments = ~8 tests = $480.
Volume bonus: +$100 on EVERY conversion from test to customer if you booked more than 20 appointments in the previous week.
Example: 30 appointments/week → ~24 tests → ~7 renewals × $100 = +$700 bonus.

Monthly examples:
• 10 appointments/week → ~$2000/month
• 20 appointments/week → ~$4000/month
• 30 appointments/week → ~$8000/month (with bonus)
You only get paid when the client starts the paid trial — no-shows and no-purchases pay $0.
This keeps everyone focused on quality.

REQUIREMENTS
• Native English speaker
• Comfortable on the phone — warm, clear, natural
• Not afraid of rejection (at 4 appointments/hour it doesn't matter)
• Self-disciplined — you manage your own time
• No sales experience required
