I'm looking for a full-stack web developer from Romania to make an MVP for a platform dedicated to renting rooms and finding roommates.
The domain is already purchased, and the landing page mockup is already made in Softr. The concept of the platform and the main functionalities are defined.
Preferred technical stack: Next.js (frontend) + Supabase (database, authentication, storage) + Vercel (hosting/deploy).
Required functionalities for MVP:
• User registration and authentication
• Quick registration using Google and Facebook (social login)
• User profile type:
- Tenant
- Owner
• Profile editing and uploading a profile picture
• Publish, edit and delete ads
• Upload photos for each ad
• Individual page for each ad
• Search and filters (city, sector, area, price, property type, etc.)
• Save favorite ads
• Internal messaging between users (↔ tenant owner)
• Email notifications for new messages
• Ad and user reporting
• Admin panel for user and ad moderation
• Responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop
• Database configuration, hosting, and application publishing

The platform will initially be launched for Bucharest, with the possibility of further expansion to other cities.

The following are not required at this stage:
- mobile applications;
- online payments;
- artificial intelligence;
- complex matching functions;
- integration with other real estate platforms.

Requirements for collaboration:
- Experience in developing web platforms, marketplaces or ad sites;
- relevant portfolio;
- clear communication and regular updates;
- the source code will be kept in a GitHub repository owned by me.
- the domain, hosting, database and external accounts will be registered in my name;
- Full transfer of rights to the code and product after payment;
- documentation and complete delivery at the end;
- Payment will be made in stages, through the escrow system.

Approximate budget: 2000-2500 EUR, depending on experience, technical solution and delivery time.
