Malibu Boats, a leading manufacturer of high-performance towboats, is hiring Production Team Members for our Loudon facility. You will work in areas such as lamination, assembly, or upholstery.
Key responsibilities include manufacturing and preparing parts to strict company standards, following all safety and quality guidelines, and helping deliver exceptional products for our customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions is essential. Some roles may require a Pulmonary Function Test.
