**Project Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Instagram Account Recovery & Platform Relations Consultant to support an independent music artist with an urgent Instagram account issue.
Our immediate priority is obtaining a professional assessment of a disabled or banned Instagram account, identifying legitimate recovery and appeal options, and understanding the appropriate channels for account reinstatement and verification.
Depending on the consultant's experience, there may also be opportunities to support platform relations across Spotify, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
**Scope of Work**
- Assess the Instagram account issue and recommend appropriate recovery steps.
- Identify legitimate Meta/Instagram support and escalation channels.
- Provide guidance on appeals, account reinstatement, and verification eligibility.
- Assist with preparing relevant documentation and communicating through official support channels, where authorized.
- Recommend next steps based on the account's circumstances.
- Advise on other digital platforms when relevant to the consultant's expertise.
**Required Experience**
- Previous experience with Meta, Instagram, or other major digital platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Instagram account recovery, disabled-account appeals, reinstatement, or verification processes.
- Experience navigating legitimate platform support and escalation channels.
- Relevant professional relationships within the music, creator, or digital media industries.
- Strong communication, discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with artists, creators, management teams, record labels, or digital media companies is a plus. Familiarity with Spotify, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord is also beneficial.
