The Role
We're looking for an experienced Fractional CTO to partner with our internal CTO and provide executive-level technical leadership across multiple client engagements. You'll work directly with founders, executives, and engineering teams to shape product strategy, architecture, and delivery.
This is a senior, high-trust role. You'll represent IUNGO Technology at an executive level for key accounts, and compensation reflects that.
What You'll Do
• Lead client-facing technical strategy — join discovery sessions, roadmap planning, and executive stakeholder calls.
• Support the IUNGO CTO on account leadership — own portions of client communication, alignment, and escalation management.
What We're Looking For
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead executive conversations with US-based clients.
• 5+ years in senior engineering and/or technical leadership roles — Tech Lead, Architect, Head of Engineering, VP of Engineering, CTO, or Fractional CTO.
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery across web, mobile, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data, and AI.
Time & Schedule
• Part-time: typically 2–5 hours per week, varying with client load.
• Flexible schedule, with availability for calls in US time zones when needed.
• Fully remote — based anywhere.
Compensation
Competitive, senior-level compensation commensurate with the executive scope of the role. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
