Description

We are looking for an Onsite IT Support Engineer with solid Second Level background for an international end client in Amsterdam.

Project details
• Start asap by agreement
• Long term engagement
• Full time 40 hours per week
• Contract type freelance long term optional permanent position possible

Scope of work
• Second Level Support for users on site
• Incident handling and break and fix for workplace systems printers and other IT devices
• Ticket handling in a central ticket system
• Installation and rollout of new workplaces and devices
• IMAC R D tasks install move add change remove including documentation and preparation for recycling
• If an issue cannot be solved on site provide replacement device and coordinate with remote teams

Profile
• Experience in onsite IT support and Second Level Support
• Good knowledge of Windows client environments and standard office applications
• Hands on experience with workplace hardware printers and peripherals
• Experience with ticket systems and structured IT service processes
• Fluent English Dutch on native level
• Ideally already based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
