I designed an interactive dashboard to analyze hospital performance and patient care indicators using Power BI. The project displays the most important indicators such as total visits, average patient satisfaction, total number of patients, average length of stay, and total cost of treatment.

It also includes analyzing visits by type, comparing the length of stay between types of hospitals, monitoring the cost of treatment over the months, as well as indicators for body parts such as Abdomen and Foot.

The goal of the dashboard is to transform medical data into clear indicators that help understand hospital performance and support faster and more accurate decision-making.
