Creating an ai agent in 15days to automate your work

Hi,

I’m an AI & Automation developer currently pursuing a BCA with a major in Data Science and minor in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. I build practical AI systems using Python, REST APIs, LLMs, n8n, VAPI, and third-party AI services.

Your project particularly interests me because it combines several areas I’m actively working in: AI personalization, RAG-based retrieval, API integrations, intelligent automation, and secure handling of user data.

I would be interested in helping develop the initial Project Plan, working with the Instructional Designers and Media Developer to break the platform into clear phases from an MVP (“Chevrolet”) through the more advanced “Rolls Royce” system.

For the planning phase, I can contribute to defining:

MVP architecture and development phases
OpenAI/Anthropic integration approach
Student profile and personalization architecture
RAG/curriculum retrieval architecture
Python backend and REST API requirements
LMS integration considerations, including LTI 1.3 and SCORM Cloud
AI moderation and inappropriate-content flagging workflows
Data anonymization and PII-stripping architecture
Security, privacy, and access-control requirements
Phase-wise deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and estimated costs
A roadmap from MVP to the full platform

My strongest hands-on experience is in AI automation, LLM/API integrations, conversational AI, Python, and multi-step AI workflows. I have also worked on AI projects involving voice agents, automated information processing, and real-world workflow integrations.

I want to be transparent that my professional experience with FERPA/COPPA and production EdTech systems for minors is still developing. However, I understand that privacy and security must be treated as core architectural requirements rather than something added later, and I’m comfortable researching and implementing the required technical controls under appropriate guidance.

I’d be happy to start with the Project Plan and, if the collaboration is a good fit, continue into subsequent engineering phases.

Desired fee for the Project Plan phase: $150–$250 flat fee, depending on the expected depth of the architecture, privacy documentation, technical specifications, and number of planning sessions.
