1. Scope of Services
I provide specialized remote operational support, including shipping milestone tracking, customs documentation auditing (Bills of Lading, IDFs), data entry, database management, and stakeholder coordination. Any tasks outside the agreed project scope will require a mutually signed amendment or a separate work order.
2. Availability & Communication
Standard Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT
Communication Channels: All official project communication, task assignments, and milestone updates must be conducted via Email, or the platform chat
Response Time: I commit to responding to urgent operational updates within 2 to 4 hours during standard working hours.
3. Turnaround Times & Documentation
Clients must provide all necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, BLs) at least 24 to 48 hours prior to deadlines to ensure accurate processing and avoid system bottlenecks or demurrages.
Turnaround times for standard data entry or dashboard updates will be agreed upon on a project-by-project basis.

4. Data Privacy, Accuracy, & Confidentiality
I maintain absolute data integrity and strict confidentiality regarding all company records, financial data, client lists, and internal documentation.
I will not share sensitive company information with external third parties without explicit written authorization.
5. Payment Terms
Rates: All tasks are billed at the agreed hourly rate of $10 or fixed project rate of $200
Billing Cycle: Payments are due weekly, bi-weekly, or upon completion of specific milestones] directly through the platform's secure escrow/payment system.
Work Halts: I reserve the right to pause active tracking or operational services if invoices become overdue.
