AI Product UX Designer & LLM Evaluation Specialist

I help AI companies build products that users actually trust. With 3+ years working directly inside AI systems evaluating LLMs, designing RLHF feedback loops, and quality-controlling generative AI outputs at TaskUs and Translated, I understand AI from the inside out. That makes me a different kind of UX designer.
Most designers learn about AI from the outside. I've spent years understanding where models fail, how users lose trust, and what "good" AI output actually looks like. I bring that knowledge directly into UX decisions: error states, confidence indicators, progressive disclosure of AI-generated content, and interfaces that make probabilistic systems feel reliable and human.
On the design side, I deliver end-to-end UX: user research, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping in Figma, and implementation-ready handoffs. I've built responsive websites and e-commerce platforms from scratch, and my Fine Arts background (E.S.A.D., Portugal) gives me a strong foundation in visual design and composition.

I'm an EU citizen based in Zürich, immediately available, and open to both freelance projects and full-time engagements. Native Portuguese with PALOP and Brazilian variants, fluent English (C1), working on German.
