Procurement and Supply Chain Core Duties
Develop and implement sourcing strategies, vendor evaluation frameworks, and contract negotiations.
Optimize supply chain visibility, inventory management, demand forecasting, and risk management (e.g., geopolitical, supplier, or climate-related risks).
Lead digital transformation initiatives in procurement (e-procurement tools, blockchain for traceability, AI-driven supplier analytics).
Consultation Services
Provide expert advisory to clients on procurement best practices, cost reduction programs, and sustainable supply chain models.
Conduct audits and gap analyses of current procurement/logistics processes.
Advise on regulatory compliance (e.g., data privacy in IT procurement, labor standards in HR-related sourcing, or environmental regulations in logistics).
Project Writing and Development
Draft high-quality project proposals, concept notes, technical specifications, Terms of Reference (ToR), and full project documents for procurement initiatives.
Structure bids/RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and evaluation criteria for complex acquisitions.
Create detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, risk matrices, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) frameworks tailored to specific domains.

Human Resources: Procure HR services and tools — recruitment platforms, payroll systems, training & development programs, employee benefits packages, or outsourced staffing solutions. Write projects for talent management system implementations or diversity & inclusion sourcing programs.
Logistics: Design and optimize transportation networks, warehousing solutions, last-mile delivery, and 3PL/4PL partnerships. Develop projects for supply chain resilience, route optimization, or green logistics initiatives.
Marketing: Source marketing materials, digital advertising platforms, market research services, branding agencies, event management, or CRM tools. Prepare proposals for integrated marketing procurement strategies or campaign support frameworks.
IT: Manage procurement of hardware, software licenses, cloud services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), cybersecurity solutions, data centers, and IT outsourcing. Write technical project documents for ERP/CRM implementations, digital transformation roadmaps, or IT infrastructure upgrades.
Cross-Functional Project Management
Lead or support integrated projects that span multiple departments (e.g., procuring an enterprise IT system that also impacts HR and logistics).
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, supplier negotiations, and change management.
Monitor project implementation, track KPIs (cost savings, on-time delivery, quality metrics), and produce impact reports
