Presentation
Most AI initiatives fail not because of bad technology, but because no one bridges the gap between what's technically possible and what the business actually needs. That's where I come in.
Over the past 6+ years, I've taken B2B products from zero to launch across SaaS, marketplaces, and AI-native tools. Currently, I'm deep in:
Building a voice-to-text system for call centers (end-to-end: UX, UI, and business logic on top of OpenAI's API — working closely with my ML team)
Designing AI-powered pricing estimation tools that reduce manual guesswork
Improving CRM UX/UI to increase sales team adoption
Running AI product roadmaps from discovery through delivery
But the product is only half the picture. I also built the operational backbone that makes products sustainable — structuring CS teams, designing support logic, and creating the processes that turn a shipped product into one that actually retains customers.
What makes me different? I don't just write specs. I'm in the weeds with the API, the user flows, the business model — and the people and operations that keep it all running after launch.
If you're a B2B company trying to build AI products that users adopt, that scale, and that move revenue — let's talk.
