A customer support and communication specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the field of service, administrative support and customer interaction.

I have experience working both in offline service and in a remote format: customer support, resolving disputes, working with requests, coordinating processes and supporting users.

In addition, I am developing in the digital direction: I independently run a YouTube channel, Telegram and Boosty, I am engaged in video editing, content design, interaction with the audience and support user orders.
