Teacher of French as a foreign language (FLE) with a solid experience in the teaching of oral, written and professional French, I accompany learners of all levels (A1 to C1) in improving their oral expression, their pronunciation, their oral confidence and their preparation for exams (TEF, TCF, professional interviews, French-speaking integration).

In addition to teaching, I am a specialist in Gender, Equality and Inclusion (GEI) with 8 years of experience in the fields of social, humanitarian and community intervention. I work with organizations, NGOs, projects and communities for the prevention and response to gender-based violence (GBV), the inclusion of vulnerable groups, the promotion of human rights, as well as the cross-cutting integration of gender in development and emergency programs.

I am also a social worker and social and community service worker, with expertise in:
- psychosocial support for vulnerable people and communities,
- community animation and social mobilization,
- social mediation and active listening,
- design and facilitation of discussion groups and participatory workshops,
- Capacity building of local actors and civil society organizations.

As a project manager and consultant, I offer:
- design, writing and management of projects (logical frameworks, budgets, indicators),
- monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEAL),
- rapid gender analyses and community diagnostics,
- training of staff and teams on gender, safeguarding, protection and inclusion,
