I’m a CIPD Level 7 HR professional with hands-on experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, HR compliance, HR systems, and people processes across the UK and India.
I work with businesses that want to bring more structure, efficiency, and consistency to their HR practices. My experience spans the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee documentation, HR queries, performance processes, compliance, and offboarding.
My areas of support include:
• HR Operations & Administration – building and improving organised, efficient HR processes and documentation
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – recruitment coordination, job descriptions, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring processes
• Employee Lifecycle – onboarding, contracts, employee records, HRIS updates, changes, and offboarding
• HR Policies & Processes – supporting the development, review, and implementation of practical HR policies and procedures
• Employee Relations Support – documentation, process coordination, and structured support for employee-related matters
• HR Compliance – supporting Right to Work checks, documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to HR processes
• HR Systems & People Data – HRIS administration, data accuracy, reporting, and maintaining reliable employee records
• Performance & Employee Experience – coordinating performance processes and helping create clear, consistent employee experiences
• Process Improvement – identifying inefficiencies and creating more streamlined, scalable ways of working

My consulting approach is practical and business-focused: understand the current challenge, identify what is creating friction, and put in place clear processes that are easier for both the business and employees to follow.
