Experienced professional in customer relations and health insurance, I have more than 10 years of experience in call centers, sales consulting, distance selling and team management. My career has allowed me to develop a solid expertise in health insurance, BtoB/BtoC teleprospecting and sales performance management.

Currently a sales advisor in health insurance, I support customers in the optimization of their contracts by offering solutions adapted to their needs, with a constant objective of quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Previously a health insurance manager, I managed and supervised teams of 10 to 15 employees, followed up on commercial objectives, increased the skills of advisors and continuously improved results. This position allowed me to strengthen my leadership, organization and operational coaching skills.
