My work spans four core areas: a multilingual (English/Urdu/Roman Urdu) AI hospital receptionist that matches patients to specialists and books appointments in real time; an AI voice-calling agent that qualifies leads and books meetings automatically; a semantic search assistant that understands natural-language shopping intent rather than just keywords; and RAG-based knowledge systems that streamline admissions and recruitment workflows.

What sets my approach apart is the business lens I bring to every build. As Co-Founder and COO of a US-based nonprofit, I scaled training operations to 12 campuses and 4,000+ students in three months — experience that taught me how processes actually break at scale, and what a system needs to hold up under real usage, not just a demo.

I combine that operational understanding with hands-on technical execution — Python, RAG, vector search, LLM integration, and workflow automation — to translate a business problem into a working solution, end to end.
