Presentation

Most research you can buy is a collection of datapoints. I do that and the part that comes after: what they mean when you put them next to each other, where two of them contradict, and what you should do about it.

What I take on:

Competitor teardowns. One company or a set, fully profiled: positioning, how they sell, the claims they lead with, who they're genuinely built for, and where they're weak enough that you shouldn't be losing to them. Includes the landscape version if you need every player in your market mapped out.

Pricing research. Every tier mapped, what's gated and what's given away, where the boundaries fall and why. Then what that implies for your own pricing, with the reasoning. Works even when competitors don't publish prices; I use pricing signals instead and tell you clearly which numbers are inferred.

Market reads. What's actually happening in a segment, and what it means for the move you're weighing.

Every claim carries its source with a date on it. Anything I couldn't verify is marked unverified rather than smoothed into confident-sounding filler, so you know which parts to lean on.

Ask me for a sample report before you commit. I'd rather you see the format than take my word for it.

Most projects run $15 to $25 and come back in 24 hours. If something will take longer I'll tell you before you pay, not after.

Background

Founder
Conyso · 01/01/2026 – Today
Venture holding company. Research and operating systems across a handful of ventures, plus independent research published under a permanent identifier.

Most of what I know about competitive and pricing analysis came from having to do it for my own businesses before anyone was paying me for it.
Chief Strategy Officer
Matridtech · 20/10/2025 – 12/03/2026
B2B IT consultancy, 26 years in the market. I built the account research function here - the work of figuring out who a prospect is, what they're actually dealing with, and what would make a conversation with them worth having.

That's the same research this profile sells, just pointed at accounts instead of competitors.
Marketing Analyst Intern
Royal Enfield · 10/12/2024 – 20/01/2025
Marketing analytics. First place I learned that the number matters less than what sits behind it, and that most analysis stops one question short of being useful.
BS in Data Science and Applications
Indian Institute of Technology Madras · 2025 – 2029
Statistics, programming and applied data analysis. IIT Madras runs this as a full degree programme with the same coursework and proctored exams as its on-campus degrees.

The relevant part for research work: knowing when a dataset can support a conclusion and when it can't.
Bachelor of Management Studies
Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur · 2025 – 2029
Management fundamentals - strategy, marketing, operations, finance. Case-based, which is most of where I learned to take a business apart from the outside using only what's publicly available.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Process improvement and statistical problem-solving. The discipline behind how I structure research: define the question, measure what's actually there, and separate the signal from the noise before drawing a conclusion.
