I provide manual software testing services for web and backend systems with around 2.5 years of commercial experience. I specialize in functional, integration, regression, smoke, and localization testing, and have hands-on experience testing IVR and Call Center systems using Genesys and Cyara, including validation of call flows, IVR scenarios, routing logic, and integrations.

I create clear test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports based on project requirements and technical documentation, and I work effectively in Agile teams with English communication.

In addition to QA services, I am ready to work with data entry, text typing, information search and collection, basic data processing, document formatting, and other similar tasks that require accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
