Fractional Leadership
Following my 25 years' experiences in various consulting firm. I now use my knowledge and background to support organizations as Fractional CIO, COO, transition manager or Agile practitioner.
Business Unit Director
I'm in charge of the Business Unit Digital, from establishing the strategy of offering to its execution. From Sales to Presales and Delivery. I look after the P&L of the BU, its performance and profitability.
In term of expertise, my business unit covers: Cloud Consulting, Data platforming and Custom development.
From a business perspective, I promote 2 main offering:
- IT Modernization: here we support organizations to shift their technologies to modern Stacks: Cloud migration, Devops platforming, Data platforming, Automation and Modern development stacks.
- Buiness Innovation: to support organizations in building digital assets, like bespoke web/mobile applications sitting in cloud native architecture.
In term of business vertical, I address mainly: Financial sector, Public sector and mix of transportation, real-estate and healthcare.
Client engagement and client intamacy are cornerstone to make sure our projects are successfull so our clients can proceed in their digital transformation roadmap.
During my time as Business Unit director, I have developed from scratch the above expertise and assembled a team of up to 150 consultants.
I value leadership by structuring the team accordingly and give the opportunity to my line management by allocating expertise to their scope of responsibilities.
The next step of our journey will be around AI, either for our clients or for our own production capacity.
