As Lead PMC, I own the planning, monitoring and controls function across a portfolio of complex Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and Manufacturing projects, spanning the full lifecycle from engineering and procurement through fabrication, erection and commissioning. I translate project scope into structured, trackable plans, maintain visibility of schedule, cost and performance for both project teams and corporate leadership, and drive the systems and standards that keep delivery predictable and accountable. The role combines hands-on planning with business-unit-level oversight and team leadership.
Planning & Scheduling

Develop, baseline, update and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical-path analysis, resource allocation and look-ahead schedules.
Establish standardized scheduling modules and reporting templates to ensure consistency and completeness in planning across all projects.
Initiate planning activities from project onset through handover meetings, aligning schedules with contractual and client timelines.

Monitoring, Reporting & Earned Value

Track project progress against defined baselines, managing progress-calculation sheets and earned-value metrics (SPI/CPI, % complete) to flag variances early.
