Managing the recruitment process from CV screening to
preparing reports for the hiring managers following the final
interview.
Conducting a high volume of interviews for a multitude of
positions. (50+ in my first month)
Communicating with hiring managers to understand their
needs and ensure the right candidate is found.
Updating Excel recruitment dashboards to track key hiring
metrics and oversee the pipeline.
Using LinkedIn Recruiter daily to manage and organise the
candidate pipeline.
Proactively sourcing candidates. (successfully
preparing reports for the hiring managers following the final
interview.
