Holder of a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration, I offer professional services in human resources management, adapted to the needs of companies and entrepreneurs. My services cover HR administrative management (drafting and monitoring of contracts, management of absences and leaves, overtime, updating of personnel files) as well as human resources development: end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding of new employees, organization and monitoring of training, and participation in the evaluation of staff performance.
I am proficient in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as recruitment platforms, which allows me to work effectively remotely and adapt to my clients' tools.
Rigorous, autonomous and proactive by nature, I am fully invested in each mission. Although I am a beginner as a freelancer, I have a great ability to adapt and a real sense of responsibility. My goal is to bring concrete and lasting value to your organization.

If my service matches your needs, I would be delighted to discuss with you and contribute to the success of your HR projects.

This experience was the most enriching and formative of my professional career. It allowed me to actively participate in the entire recruitment process, from the analysis of needs to the proposal of suitable profiles, including sourcing, sorting applications, pre-selection and conducting interviews. I also contributed to the planning, organization and follow-up of training actions, as well as to the integration of new employees, both in terms of reception and administrative support. In addition, I carried out personnel administrative management missions, including the updating and monitoring of HR files, and provided support for employee evaluation activities, which allowed me to develop a concrete and complete vision of the HR function.
Within this public institution, I contributed to the administrative follow-up of personnel files, particularly in terms of leave and promotions. I participated in the updating of HR databases, guaranteeing the reliability and updating of information. My missions also included the reception, writing and distribution of HR administrative letters, as well as the recruitment of interns. Finally, I took part in the development and updating of the organizational chart, which allowed me to better understand the structure and functioning of a public administration.
This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in monitoring and management of HR data within the General Directorate of Customs of Madagascar. I was in charge of writing the weekly reports of the activities of each position within the training department. I also participated in the updating and monitoring of HR databases, as well as contributing to the development of job descriptions, promoting a better organization and clarification of roles within the institution.
During this internship, I ensured the accounting record of all the company's operations, contributing to the reliability of the financial data. I also participated in collection activities and proposed improvements to financial procedures based on the analysis of the financial statements. This experience allowed me to develop a good understanding of accounting and financial mechanisms, useful for a global approach to business management.
I trained in Management and Business Administration at the Catholic University of Madagascar for five years. This multidisciplinary course allowed me to acquire a global vision of the company through the study of several areas of management, including marketing, accounting and finance, supply chain management, administrative management, as well as organizational management.
Among these disciplines, the field of Human Resources particularly caught my attention and was studied in depth, which reinforced my interest in this profession.
This training allowed me to develop both technical and soft skills. The setting of the Catholic university has also strengthened my professional know-how, especially in terms of human values, responsibility, respect and professionalism.
