I am a kindergarten teacher, with a solid experience in accompanying and supervising young children. I also worked as a babysitter for 4 years, which allowed me to develop skills in managing the safety, attention and well-being of children.
In addition, I worked as a French-speaking customer support agent, as well as an after-sales service agent. In these roles, I was responsible for responding to customer requests, handling their complaints, resolving technical or administrative issues, and ensuring quality follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
These different experiences have allowed me to develop solid skills in communication, active listening, management of various situations, as well as a sense of service and responsibility. I am able to adapt quickly to different work environments and maintain a high level of professionalism in all situations.
