Responsibilities
-Managed inbound leads and conducted outbound calls (50+
daily)
-Assessed customer needs and provided programme consultation
-Scheduled and coordinated Zoom sessions with prospects
-Explained course details, fees, and enrollment process
-Followed up with leads to improve conversion rates
-Achieved monthly targets for calls, Zoom bookings, and
enrollments
-Handled all the classes and workshop run smoothly and manage
technical issues
- Train new lecturer in using classin platform to conduct classes
and workshop
