I’m an HR professional with 5.5 years of experience, currently working in a fast-paced startup environment where no two days are the same. Over time, I have gained hands-on experience across all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and exit processes.



Working in a startup has helped me become adaptable, take ownership, and build HR processes from scratch. I genuinely enjoy building strong teams, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring employees feel supported, valued, and motivated to do their best work.



I have experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, performance reviews, engagement initiatives, retention strategies, HR analytics, and employer branding.
