I am a project management and vendor governance consultant with over 20 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, overseeing third-party risk, and driving process improvements for public and private sector organizations. She specializes in vendor and contractor oversight, risk identification and mitigation, and building governance frameworks that keep organizations compliant and audit-ready.
My ability spans the full vendor lifecycle, from contract compliance and performance monitoring to data-driven risk modeling and workforce planning.
