I have 6.5 Years of work experience with two INGOs CRS and USAID in the field of Human Resources and Administration and Internship. during my work, I cloud gave times for capacity building to improve my skills as well as my knowledge on Human Resources, Office Management, Staff Management and Administration. The prominent course were; Management Essential Courses, 7 Habits of Great Leaders, Effective Training Design, On-Boarding and Role of HR in conflict Resolution.

HR Officer: on first if September 22, I was appointed to Officer position through promotion way due to performance. I was in charge of hiring process, performance management plan, leave process, timecard, implementation of policies and so on...
after one year, beside of my main responsibility as HR, I was in charge of Office manager in district level that required me to be responsible for the tasks like, being security, procurement, finance and government focal point.
HR Assistant in Daykundi Province: I held the position of assistant for more than one year which my responsibilities, were assisting hiring process, leave recording, on boarding and other tasks of HR department.
Administrative Officer in Ghor Province: I was staying in this position more than one year, then I was officially shifted to HR department. My responsibilities were, Office and guest house manager, supervising operation staff guard, drivers, cook and cleaners, inventory and so on...
Administrative Assistant in Ghor Province: it was the start points of my work journey with CRS Organization. I performed to this position close two years and soon got promoted to Officer level, as I could demonstrated high performance level
Internship with USAID: I got started my first career as intern with USAID ISLA project which last close to one year.
