Furthermore, I help develop hands-on lab practices to support employee training and skill development. I participate in and lead tier meetings and technical briefings, and I support operational oversight by helping ensure schedule adherence and proper auxiliary time usage within a softphone-based work environment, maintaining availability for calls, projects, and assigned tasks.
