I've spent 22+ years as the person enterprise clients trust to turn complex technical programs into business outcomes they can act on — and as the relationship owner who keeps those clients engaged, renewing, and expanding scope.At Infosys, I owned the client relationship directly for Capital One, Target, L Brands, and Aer Lingus across a cross-border delivery model spanning the US, Ireland, and India. Since then, I've run that same trust-building playbook embedded inside Fortune 500 companies — Nissan, Big Lots, ODW Logistics, T. Marzetti, Abercrombie & Fitch, and the State of Delaware — leading executive steering committees, roadshows, and adoption programs that keep senior stakeholders engaged.I'm now looking to bring that skill set to a company based outside the US that needs a senior, credible, US-based presence: someone who can grow the account, keep clients happy, and be the trusted voice of the US market.
