Work Description & Responsibility
• Prepare and issuing Purchase Order (PO) to the supplies and sub-contractor upon proposal reviewed and approval by client/end users.
• Support the purchasing team and other relevant on project management and procurement of materials and services.
• Review and process the invoices from sub-contractor and supplies.
• Prepare and submit the invoice and other documents to clients after work completed.
• Prepare the Delivery Order (DO) for sites as client’s references.
• Enter data into systems or spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, internal databases) accurately and efficiently.
• Update and maintain data records systematically, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
• Manage digital files and physical documents.
• Recorded and tracked the incoming and outgoing inventory items, ensuring timely updates to inventory systems.
• Prepared accurate and details quotation for clients based on projects requirements and specifications.
• Reviewed project details and provided cost estimations, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
Work Description & Responsibility
• Prepare & issuing Purchase Order to the supplier and sub-contractor that approval by project team.
• Support the purchasing function and other relevant on project management & procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor & keep track on delivery of order from supplier. Cross checking on materials details before performing delivery order acceptance.
• Attend the meeting and discussion with client/ end users.
• Prepare the site access approval from Building Management and ensure permit to work (PTW) validity throughout work/ project period.
• Prepare the Tenancy Agreement (TA) and LOO (Letter of Offer) for Client side.
• Update the weekly tracker project status and share to clients.
• Submit the documents to client after works completed for invoicing purpose.
• Review and process the invoices from sub-contractor and supplies after the delivery completed.
