Sri Surya Mullapudi

Results-driven Senior Software Development Engineer with over 8 years of experience building high-availability distributed systems and modern AI-driven applications. I specialize in Java (Spring Boot) and Python, with a proven track record of leading technical teams through complex legacy modernizations and cloud-native transformations.

Most recently, I’ve pioneered the development of VibeCheck, a cutting-edge AI social media platform, utilizing Video-to-Video (Vid2Vid) pipelines and serverless architectures. Whether you need to scale a microservices backend or integrate advanced generative AI into your product, I provide the architectural oversight and hands-on execution to turn vision into a production-ready reality.

Core Expertise
Backend Architecture: Expert-level Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API design.

AI & Innovation: LLM integration, Python-based AI agents, and media processing using Fal.ai and Supabase.

Data & Cloud: Scalable infrastructure on AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Kafka for real-time data streaming.

DevOps & Scale: Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline optimization for enterprise-grade security.

Key Project Highlights
AI Social Media Engine (VibeCheck)

Role: Technical Lead / Founder

Impact: Architected a "Video-to-Video" AI pipeline, managing the end-to-end integration of Fal.ai for generative effects and Supabase for lightning-fast backend scaling.

Enterprise Legacy Modernization

Role: Senior Lead Developer

Impact: Led the transition of monolithic systems to Spring Boot microservices, improving system uptime to 99.9% and reducing latency in high-volume data environments (Snowflake/Databricks).
