Freelance Business Analyst with nearly 8 years of experience in information systems, including more than 5 years in business analysis. I support companies in transforming and evolving their business applications, from requirements analysis through testing and production deployment.

My career has allowed me to work in varied environments, including insurance, HR information systems, energy, retail, and international organizations, within groups such as Allianz Trade, BPCE, Natixis, GRTgaz, and the European Patent Office, in Agile and international contexts.

My work includes gathering and analyzing requirements, functional design, writing specifications and user stories, facilitating business and IT workshops, coordinating teams, functional testing, tracking defects, and documentation. Accustomed to working at the interface between business and technical teams, I also oversee changes and ensure they progress smoothly through to production deployment.

In my most recent assignment at Allianz Trade, I led the management of defects and enhancements for two strategic applications, coordinated business and technical stakeholders, documented requirements, prepared specifications, and managed testing phases.

My experience at Natixis and later within the BPCE Group helped me develop strong expertise in supporting business teams and evolving HR information system applications. At the European Patent Office, I worked in an international context on strategic databases, while at GRTgaz I strengthened my skills in contract management and IT project coordination.
