I am an IT Consultant with more than 5 years of experience in IT support and technical coordination, especially in international and demanding environments.

My services cover:

L2/L3 IT support: user assistance, incident resolution, priority management and escalations.

Coordination and operational follow-up: management of technical teams, follow-up of IT projects and reporting to customers.

IT project management: participation in planning, task monitoring, implementation of procedures and continuous improvement.

Customer relations and communication: interface between technical teams and customers to guarantee a quality service.

I am comfortable with ITIL and Cisco methodologies, as well as with support and project management tools (ServiceNow, GLPI...).

I offer remote or on-site missions in Luxembourg, with seriousness, responsiveness and results-oriented.
