On-the-Ground Representative – Sines, Portugal

We are looking for a reliable On-the-Ground (OTG) Representative based in or near Sines, Portugal to support our corporate accommodation operations.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting property viewings on behalf of Kassoe Housing.
Assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs when required.
Performing property inspections and condition reports.
Liaising with landlords, property providers, and guests.
Providing local support and representing Kassoe Housing professionally.

The role is freelance/on-demand, making it ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who is familiar with the Sines area and has access to their own transportation.

Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
