CultureMind, an Atlanta-based AI startup focused on building chatbot solutions and AI-powered tools for children and families, is seeking a confident and professional Virtual Assistant. This remote, contract role involves engaging with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and support our team in client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 30–60 minute client meetings via Google Meet.
- Communicate with clients clearly and professionally.
- Translate client needs into technical requirements.
- Answer general questions about our services and workflow.
- Support client communication before and after meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills in fluent English.
- Basic understanding of technology and digital products.
- Professional and confident client-facing communication.
- Analytical mindset to assess client needs and propose solutions.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with our team for technical support.

Compensation & Schedule:
- Commission-based earnings (typically 30%, up to $2800 - $3200 per month).
- Fixed hourly rate of $20.
- Approximately 2–3 hours of work per day, with 2–3 meetings daily.
- Part-time role with potential for growth in hours over time.
