Description
POSITION: Inside Sales & Quote Specialist
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (MST) (Position A: Mon to Fri | Position B: Wed to Sun)
Compensation: 1300 - 1500 USD/month, (up to $2k monthly DOE)
Note: Independent contractor position
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* Continuously monitor the inbound lead queue to ensure median response times meet internal speed-to-lead benchmarks (target under 120 seconds).
* Extract property data, build standardized visual mockups, and issue priced quotes via email and text.
* Execute multi-touch follow-up workflows via text and email to nurture leads toward booking, declining, or escalating to field estimators.
* Maintain strict CRM hygiene by logging all interactions, notes, and status changes in real time.
* Respond promptly to inbound replies and prospect inquiries with flawless, natural written English.
